First, the truth

You're not the villain here.

You didn't get to "I'm done" overnight. You got here after years of asking, waiting, explaining, and slowly going numb. You've heard "I'll change" more times than you can count, and somewhere along the way you stopped believing it.

Nobody here is going to guilt you, corner you, or tell you to swallow your feelings and stay. You are allowed to be done, or almost done, and you keep every ounce of your freedom.

What this actually is

This is not "give him another chance."

It's a structured, expert-led 30 days built to give you certainty. Real change, if it's possible, happens out in the open. You both do real work, with an expert who calls it straight, so the weight of it is shared for once.

And here's what almost nobody says out loud: even now, some small part of you can still see it. You're closed down, and you have every reason to be. But if he could truly change, and the two of you could actually work, some part of you knows that would be the best possible outcome for everyone you love. This is for that part of you.

At the end, you decide. Freely. And if you still walk, you walk knowing you gave it an honest, all-in shot, with your head held high.

Who you'll be working with

Meet Dennis Crosby.

Dennis Crosby

Dennis is a marriage coach and the founder of Authentic Man. For more than ten years his work has been about one thing: helping couples come back from the brink. He isn't a therapist and won't pretend to be, but he has trained deeply in the work that actually moves marriages: the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, along with Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and leadership training at Oxford.

The heart of his approach is the man. More than 300 men have come through his program, and of the ones who do the work, roughly three in four save their marriage. Dennis doesn't help them manage symptoms or say the right words for a week. He helps them become fundamentally different: the kind of man who can step up, take ownership, and make the deep changes that let him show up for you in a way that helps you feel safe, secure, and genuinely supported.

That doesn't mean the work is only his. You will be asked to show up fully too, to be honest about what hurt, what you need, and what you are and aren't willing to do. The 30 days only works when both of you are doing the real work together.

It all rests on one belief: people are capable of real change, and it's worth finding out for certain before anyone walks away.

The 30 days

What it actually looks like.

  • It starts with a weekend intensive

A private weekend intensive, away from the noise

A few focused days in one place, just the two of you and Dennis, to get to what's really going on underneath the last few years.

  • Then real weeks, real life

    Sessions together, and time one-on-one

Each week: work as a couple, plus private individual sessions and a check-in at home. This is where change either shows up or it doesn't. You'll feel the difference either way.

  • Day 30

    You decide. On your terms.

An honest look at what actually changed, and a choice that's entirely yours to make.

What you can count on

Two things, plainly.

01 You can still leave.

Nothing here signs away your freedom. Saying yes to 30 days is not saying yes to staying, and if the honest answer at the end is that it's over, that's a real and valid outcome too.

02 You have a say in what's shared.

This is your story, and you have a voice in how it's told. We want you comfortable with the end result of what gets produced.

Who we're looking for

This might be for you if…

You've said you're done, or you're very close.

You've filed, separated, moved out, or told him plainly that you don't believe it can change. This isn't just a rough patch.

You're both willing to do the work.

He knows he may lose you and isn't making excuses anymore. He is genuinely willing to do the hard, uncomfortable work to become a different man, and you are open to doing your own honest work alongside him.

You're near Orlando.

You're in or around Orlando, Florida, or close enough to travel in for filming.

You're both open to being filmed.

Honestly and unguarded. The realness is the whole point, and it's what may help someone else watching.

What you receive

The other side of this.

Over these 30 days, you receive the kind of intensive, hands-on marriage coaching that normally runs $12,000: a full weekend intensive, sessions together every week, private one-on-one sessions, check-ins at home, and a closing day. The caliber of help most couples in crisis never get anywhere near. It's yours at no cost, whatever you decide at the end.

Why do this on camera

Because your story can reach someone.

This is bigger than one marriage. We want to reach the woman lying awake tonight, certain hers is over, and the man who is quietly fighting to save his and has no idea if it's working. They need to see that this is possible, and that they're not alone in it.

If your 30 days can help another marriage come back together, or help someone else feel at peace walking away, that's something worth being part of. And whatever happens in your own, you come out of it with the one thing you don't have right now: the truth.

Before you ask

Questions you're probably having.

Is this therapy?
No. It's coaching and hands-on transformation work, led by Dennis Crosby, focused on real change fast. It's not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
What if I've already filed, or we're already separated?
That's exactly who this is built for. The whole premise is a marriage most people, including you, have already written off. Filed, separated, or living apart is not a disqualifier. It's the starting line.
Do we have to be filmed?
Yes, you'll be filmed during sessions and check-ins, because the honesty is the point. But you have a say in what's shared, and we want you comfortable with the end result of what gets produced.
What if it doesn't work?
Then you'll know, for certain, that you gave it a real and complete shot, and you can leave without the lifelong "what if." An honest ending is a real and valid outcome here.
Is it really free?
Yes. The 30 days of expert coaching, worth around $12,000, costs you nothing. It's made possible because it's filmed for the series.
Where will it air?
It's being produced as a documentary series, with the goal of a wider platform down the road. We'll walk you through exactly what that means for you, and make sure you're comfortable, every step of the way.

If selected, you receive $12,000 in marriage coaching at no cost
